Each class is led with authenticity and intentionality in an attempt to find the balance between effort and ease. Michelle guides with knowledge while remaining approachable and always works to be inclusive of all individuals.
Live classes are offered in-person at both the Tapply-Thompson Community Center and Kilter Fitness in Bristol, NH. In-person classes may also be attended online through the livestream via Zoom.
