Rising Crow Flow - Livestream via Zoom

A moderately paced flow suitable for most levels (beginners are always welcome). This practice starts slow and builds to a moderate pace with postures building upon each other. Students can expect a reasonable amount of challenge in balance, strength, and control while also practicing grounding and awareness of the body and breath.
