
A 60 minute moderately-paced practice suitable for beginners and experienced students - does include weight bearing of the shoulders and standing to floor and back movements so the ability to get up and down without external assistance is recommended. Variations and use of props will be demonstrated as needed. Practices includes regular movements through sun salutations or "vinyasa flow" with step by step guidance as needed.
