*in-person at Kilter Fitness in Bristol, NH* A gentle yoga practice to help you move your body with ease, settle after your day, and relax into the evening. Movements do include some weight bearing on wrists and shoulders and movement from the floor to standing and back again. Modifications/variations offered and use of props to support or enhance your practice is welcomed and encouraged.
