Slow flow for strength & balance allowing time for students to settle in, build strength, and work on balance through a moderately challenging practice. Space is limited, please sign up for this class in advance by contacting visiting, emailing, or calling the Byron G. Miller Library. Class packs may be used for this class - credits will be deducted upon arrival. While not required, a donation of a shelf-stable food item to benefit members of the community in need is greatly appreciated.
