Energizing Gentle Yoga Flow - in-person at TTCC

A moderately paced practice that offers students the ability to bring awareness to the body and breath practicing mindfulness through centering, movement, and breath work with fewer. Students will be offered a variety of postures and movements to help maintain and build physical strength and mobility before enjoying a short final relaxation and closing.
