Gentle Yoga - in-person at TTCC

A slower-paced gentle practice suitable for beginners and experienced students, those seeking a softer practice, those returning to yoga from absence or injury this practice is offered with minimal floor to standing and back transitions and lower intensity postures and movements. This evening practice is intended to help you ease into a restful night through gentle movement and breath work. Postures are offered in steps and modifications may be offered along the way.
