January Livestream Series: Yin Yoga

Join Michelle for a 4-week livestream only Yin Yoga series Wednesdays in January from 6-7pm.

Yin Yoga is a practice of longer-held postures done mostly on the floor. Yin Yoga is practiced with the intention of finding the balance between effort and ease, creating space in the body while surrendering to gravity and time, and working deeper into the body by focusing on the ligaments, tendons, and fascial tissues.

Helpful suggestions on props and notes for planning your practice (not required, but recommended):

It may be beneficial to have a small amount of wall space available during your practice.

Suggested props are a firm blanket, two blocks, a yoga strap/belt, and a bolster or firm cushion. If you need recommendations please contact Michelle at yogamichellenh@gmail.com for help with props.
