Teen Yoga at TTCC

A beginner friendly yoga practice geared toward middle and high school students (any school/homeschool). Participants will learn basic physical postures, transitions, and breath techniques that support both physical and mental wellness in a fun, calming, and compassionate environment. Please bing a yoga mat if you have one, a water bottle, and wear comfy clothes you can move in. Classes may be booked individually, join whenever you can - no commitment to a series required!

PLEASE NOTE: For all participants under the age of 18 a parent or guardian must sign a waiver prior to participation. A waiver will be sent to the email used to register for classes and can be signed and returned in-person or via email.
