Yoga for Strength & Balance - In-Person at 288 Main St. Tilton NH (at The Steady Edit)

This moderately challenging practice flows at a slower pace allowing time to settle and find strength within each posture and transition. Strong postures will be held and movement is more controlled. A focus on building balance and strength through muscle engagement while maintaining controlled breathing is offered throughout the practice. Experience with yoga is helpful but beginners are welcome to join this practice.
